Often working on period properties we come across rotten windows or doors. Some of the time we can save the customer money by carrying out a resin repair. This involves removing and rotted wood back to some sound solid timber then applying the resin. On larger repairs we replace the wood in some areas and use the resin on the edges. The whole area can then be sanded and painted as normal. The resin will outlast the wood and is suitable for listed buildings too
